have you got a machined 70mm throttle body? ive seen dodgy ones where they arent machined that well and can still see light round the butterfly when fully closed. really plays up with the iac settings.

Nar it's stock throttle body, I think I need to adjust the maf properly first as it's out LTFT by 26% atm between 2 & 3khz seems the spacer makes a big difference down low, the rest of the range is only out by -4%, compaired to pacemakers which made an average of -10% accross the board. The iac park settings seemed to have done the trick

I figure instead of making a new topic for the exact same thing i might zombiefy this one. These settings you changed here were for the 25mm spacer. Im wondering if i can get away with these for a 12insulator and 12mm spacer or different again? Since im going to do the tune for the car myself, when i put the new intake on (project big bore) it will have the 12mm spacer and insulator attached and from reading this thread i assume it needs a little tune. But i got the impression i need to change some more then just this.

correct me if i am wrong but your spacer is to make the plenum bigger and the insulator is between the bottom of the plenum and lower intake ?

if so then your numbers will probably be somewhere between these numbers and the stock ones.

my startup issue was cold start fueling not anything to do with IAC, later tunes leaned out cold starts giving hesitation.
