just found this

" Default

hi mate, as per the gregory manual, code 27 is problem of AUtomatic transmission.

Pressure switch assembly open circuit.

Normally you have to go to a transmission professional to diagnose, good luck mate."

anyone know what switch this refers to?

someone correct me if i am wrong but my information ($11 adx) shows DTC 27 as pressure switch manifold open .....

that doesn't seem to be much related to the tranny to me ....

the only pressure switch i can think of in the manifold is the map sensor ????

nah pressure switch manifold in the trans its the bit that alll the switches are in that tell it what gear its in .its more likely to be the pressure control solinoid in the box that controls shift pressure
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

threw a VT box in it today only had 106000ks on it so it should last a while

had to notch the bellhousing for the extractors and patch a vs speed sensor harness connector on and runs sweet

thanks guys
