i wonder what really changed? 456D-459C is the range of change compaired to ckul, yet every other vs v6 auto bin is exactly the same in that range until CXAJ, maybe Holden202 might have an idea? the current $51 xdf has all the power enrichment and fuel decay stuff in that area, must be something on warmup i guess for emissions they changed, dunno what 99 transmission means then, cause CKUL for 98 transmission changed shift points and heaps of stuff compaired to older bins.

theres a few different things in that area that you've specified.....

456D = Hot Open Loop AFR
456E <-> 457B = Catalyst Protection Params (11 different Scalars)
457C <-> 459C = TABLE - Catalyst Protection Mode Modifier of Cat F/A Ratio V's Airflow

so i guess they are probably not things that you'd notice in driving with one or the other tune but probably stuff that will make one have better emissions or something like that .....
