low fan is bcm/pcm and high fan is just pcm, so you'd set low fan to either higher than high fan so it just trips the high fan only then, i thought that's how it worked i could be wrong, maybe setting low fan to 0 will disabled it? The problem you have atm is it would be waiting for the bcm to also send the command to turn off.
attached same as above but with low fan cut in/out set to 0, then the other is set low fan off at 145c on at 150c if it's goes that high you'd have other things to worry about.

Re: VS V6 Supercharged Into Suzuki Sierra
Well, after some playing around, I found that yodas take 3 works a treat. The issue wasw that i have just removed a VP NA 6 from the sierra, and the car was obviously wired for that. The connector that runs to the T bar loom in the VP has the same plug as the VS, and Stupid had it plugged in so that the starter lockout would work. Not so good. Anyway, disconnected that, it now idles perfectly, the fan works nicely and i have now had a good christmas.. nothing better than the sound of a happy ecotec. Now to put the front of the car back together and go for a little test.
Thanks everyone for ur help. Im just trying to get some pics off the camera so i can post them.

Fantastic, had me a little worried, as it had appeared to work before.
Can't wait for the pics, sounds like an awesome little sleeper.

Re: VS V6 Supercharged Into Suzuki Sierra
Ok, I attached some pics in a zip..... sorry about the average quality,. Im no photographer. They are not in order, but u can kind of see how things started out, and where i am now....
So, I took it out for a test just a few minutes ago.
The engine and fans are running nicely.
However, the 4l60e seems to have forgotten how to change gears. Is there some kind of flowchart of the conditions that need to be met for things to happen ie: change gears??
At present I get the feeling its stuck in limp home. If you select drive, it seems to start off in 2nd, and then just shifts to 3rd and thats it.
Any ideas? I thought maybe the speed sensor may be not working, but it was fine pre conversion so it should not be that? Does the VS need the speedo to be hooked up like the VP did? From my diagram it doesnt appear so, but i could be wrong !!

Re: VS V6 Supercharged Into Suzuki Sierra
The main couple for gear changes are vehicle speed and TPS position.
If these are OK, then check all other connections to the transmission, particularly the PRNDL.
If possible get a datalog and check the DTC's.
Good Luck

Ok will do, When you say PRNDL, is that form the big round connector that goes into the trans, or is it done from the T bar. Unfortunately at this stage, i cant datalog, however, it looks like i may have to organise something....

Re: VS V6 Supercharged Into Suzuki Sierra
PRNDL wiring is from the shifter mechanism to the transmission and ECU, not sure how it is set up on VS, but make sure it is replicatedas per the donor vehicle.
In the interim, do you have the Check Engine Light (CEL) wired up?
If so, find the ALDL connector for diagnostics, with engine off and ignition on, short pins 5&6 with a paperclip or similar and count the flashes on the CEL.
Codes are 2 digit and will be flashed out 3 times.
ie. Code 12 looks like F-FF---F-FF---F-FF--- and then repeated (Where F is CEL light flash)
It will continue through all codes and then start again, post up what codes are being reported, and we will see if we can sort it out.

Re: VS V6 Supercharged Into Suzuki Sierra
Ok, as i was saying before i had this already wired up for a VP 6 as you probably saw in the pics. So, After some head scratching, and when you were saying about the prndl hook up, i checked the ecm side of things, all good... but then it occured to check the +12v side.... oops.. helps if the trans is turned on. Powerd up, went for a hit, sounds fantastic, tries to lift the front wheel on lauch and 1 -2 shift. not sure how fast but should give most things a good run off the lights.\
Once i neaten everything up Ill investigate some shift point tuning as it leaves 2-3 a little late., maybe due to the vehicle being so light? But for now its GREAT!!!
Thanks all!! will post back new developments.
