Duel fuel 383

Post by TTVN »

hey guys
Just finished building a mate a tough pure street 383 for his vn

His mrs drives it to work every day so it had to have good manners but she wanted a little lump

owner wanted torque so we decided to go 383 with a bit of a cam and stock intake and 9.5:1 c/r

could only get 10.5:1 kit so i proposed to the owner to maybe go for a duel fuel setup doing 2 switchable tunes for 98 octane and E85 using one of vl400s NVRAM boards to do the switching

well today its installed and tuned on both fuels and changing from both fuels is simply a bowser and a flick of a switch

the thing pulls like a freight train from idle to 5000 where it changes gears so its perfect

thought i might just say thanks to VL400 for making this stuff and if you read this please pm me as i need another NVboard

just wanted to share my happiness lol
