4L60E problems VR V8 turbo

hey guys
been having a problem with my auto trans lately..
4L60E with shift kit.
seems ok for about 15 mins of driving then starts playing games.

-revs out more into gear
-wont change into 4th even at 80k's
-when slowing down and take off again major delay into second - revs out

looked at dash status in tunerpro

quad driver 1 fault stays on or blinks on and off
quad driver 2 fault stays on
and cruise control is on?? (i removed the module) not needed atm

trans temp seems ok
dont go past 75c

also noticed manual mode input on the trans dash.. how do i supply the input for manual mode??

any help would be appreciated

sounds like a screwed clutch or something, i assume you mean when it revs out, its flaring the revs before the gear engages ?

yeah
gear changes at higher revs than normal and when it does finally change gear it slams
first to second higher revs than normal
second into third bit delayed
wont go into 4th at 80-90k's

went threw my tune again and changed all my trans stuff back to when i knew it was all working.

still have the quad faults green on at idle

quad driver one just flashes on and off
driver 2 is always on

so its still got the tranny issues with all the stock shift settings back in it ?

definately sounds like something hardware wise is not right.

changed trans back to stock settings and all is good so far.
few tables not right
will test more tomorrow
