The latest version of TunerPro requires Visual Studio 2017 Redist:

This would normally be installed by TunerPro, but it doesn't always work, as reported by some...
Download, then run Windows Update, reboot, and try TunerPro again.

Does any one have the TPcustomkeys.dat file? Or know how to get that in the location it needs to be?
I'm just setting up tunerpro RT on windows 7 to see if it will work..

My laptop doesn't have it and TP still works.
However, the file is on my Desktop...
Do you have the .dll files in Plugins?

I have these in plugins, because immortality sent them in a plugins zip file.
I don't think I had any before extracting the zip file

Need to see what the memcal(tune) is.

You will have to gain access to the PCM (remove left hand kick panel).
Undo the two screws on the 'latch cover', and this is what you'll see:
