lol holy shit is right, wayyyy too much spark in there. inj rate isnt far off. stock is 0.15 this one is 0.13 which is set for approx 15% bigger injectors. tho blue tops are closer to 20% bigger. your VE map looks close to stock, I think it should look a lot different if it was tuned right to suit a carby style manifold. wideband VE learn is on so if the wideband is wired into the ecu it should be adjusting its own fuel maps a bit. can you take a log nad post it up?

load this in its a little safer in the top end spark

sepending on manifold you may need to pull more spark out as the afrs lean off a bit

keep an eye on afrs
Upload from existing ecu 2.bin

inj size should be 011 on a 5lt with blue tops

poke that tune in and check afrs

thanks for the help guys, I'm going to get a local tuner to have a play with it in few weeks time see how we go with it on the dyno also.

I tried changing the fuel from what it was to a 0.11 last night and the afr's went to about 17:1 cruising so i had to change it back. (I changed this at the map A run A/F parameter, is this the right spot?)

the motor has been rebuilt (apparently stroked to a 333 but i'm doubtful - definantly been freshened up at least, has 150psi accross the board), pacemaker extractors, twin cats into single 3" exhaust, Torque Power dual plane low rise inlet manifold with Holley Throttlebody, bluetop injectors. The wideband displays in tunerpro so guess it is wired in properly.

will try it with that tune though and let you know how it goes, cheers for that

Timing was about 29deg up near redline on WOT initially, thats abit too much i assume?

heres a log i took when i first got the laptop connected, it goes for a while but i did rev it right out a few times in there

im not sure what you mean by initially? you mean when you bought it th eitming was 29 deg up top, then you increased it to the 35 or 37 that it is now?

on a totally stock motor, 29 deg at around 4800 is good, then above that can slope up a few degrees.

with a 330 try the inj size at .12 should be close then start trimming from there

you may need to pull a little more timing if its got flattops in it

Did the log work? I was sure it was only getting to 29ish deg timing under WOT (will have to confirm when I get home) I haven't touched anything to do with timing, just tried changing inj size last night, but will try putting the bin in that was modded and see how it goes :)

May not get a chance to do it tonight though but will try.

Thanks for the help so far, been great!

yeah it worked, its a message6 log, which isnt all that useful when you want to look at all the sensors, but yeah, it is gettin its 35 degrees up top end like the bin has commanded, there are a few knock counts here and there. I think the only hting stoopping it from its mountains of knock counts it shoudl have at that timing are the incredible richness and probably a pretty nice set of extractors.
if the wideband AFR is correct, then its pretty good in its closed loop at cruise but its gettin pretty rich at wot. I think you are gonna have to tune the ve tables, coz they look close to stock and I dont expect them to look anything like stock with a torque power inlet manifold.
youll either have to leave the injector rate where it is and pull a heap of fuel from wot VE table, or redice ht einjector rate then add a heap of VE to the cruise area. to be honest, I would do the first option.

either way, a log using the standard adx with the full set of sensors will give a better picture, if you can take one and upload it.
