Anybody been able to remove 2011+ Mustang Ecu PATS systems?

Unfortunately i could only seem to access it with my MPVI2 V4.x

My earlier MPVI1 is still using V3.6 which didn't seem to recognize the ecu.

Also its in .HPT I'm afraid and i have no way of converting this Version to a .BIN

She's had a lovely roll over, luckily the pedestrains all saw what was about to unfold so moved clear before the loud pedal was hit.

* Can anybody explain why my S10 photos always end up sideways on here? Tried rotating and resaving in phone but doesnt affect the way it posts! SORRY!!

If you use mvpi-1 & tell it which ecu it is it should work!

How did you end up with this, I'm pretty sure it could be read with earlier HPT software if you tell it controller & later stuff shows it can be disabled with a simple switch so shouldn't need to send controller away.

The PATS switch doesn't actually work for 2011+ Mustangs unfortunelty, I have to send away to HPTuners for them to remove it. By the sounds of it, he says that along as the controller doesn't get reflashed by a ford dealership tool, then the PATS will remains off. So I would say its done on a firmware level if it can be overwritten by a full OS write or update rather then a physical mod.

Looks like Kess & Ktag support it says it's a continental EMS24xx so if thats the case whatever is done to it should be able to be replicated fairly easily... have you got a photo of the controller?

Yeah absolutely, see attached.

This one's not from the 2019 this one's from a 2014 I think. Separate customer
