Yes you need both. There is some revision change for the t43 somewhere around 2010. The file identifiers are different. Maybe some other stuff differs though.

ok, got it.. the t43-0.xml isn't in the complete download then..

This software way above my knowledge ) I used it like blind person at the minefield )))))
Is there any help file to understand what segment of OS responsible for and what segments should be chose with corresponding another segment ? Or I can mix them in any order and it still safe for upload to PCM ?
no way. they do have order and purpose. you cannot put them in different order and not swap between different opersting systems. there are some exceptions between operating systems but not guides about that. only do this if you have a trusted advise for exactly what you are doing. validate your bin in pcmhammer and tells you the purpose of the segments for the operating systems which work this way. only use this feature to make up a calibration where say a car had different factory options and you changed the hardware (engine/diff/trans) from another car and you want an easy way to copy the necessary calibration for that part from another bin on the same operating system. Then you can use segment swap to save moving all changes one by one, or if there are undefined changes and you hve no other way.
