They look decent enough, I'd prob get them anodised as raw alloy corrodes fast here. If I had something like that sitting in a box for a decade, it would be covered in white rust by now

I'm the director of VSH (Vlad's Spec Holden), because HSV were doing it ass about.
Called up one of the better anodisers here in Melbourne, they reckon about 90 bucks to do the lot of them which is less than I expected given how much electroplating normally costs.
I'll get the alternator one done in natural and the others in black so it looks like OEM but obviously better.

I run a larger water pump pulley and not had any issues.
I did drill a hole in the stat as its a L67 and apparently difficult to get all the air out. I found that the car ran too cold and the heater in winter was rubbish.
Slowing down the water pump mad the world of difference to the operating temp.
That is interesting. I've tried multiple different thermostats from different suppliers but it always does the same thing and runs a few degrees cooler than thermostat temp.
