Read the output from the app. You can see how it checksums things and it should be reporting the file is ok and the checksums are good. That's how you know you can trust it, don't need to read it twice.
I just went out to the shed, and checked the back of my loom. I think in your picture the connector is right but the pins are wrong. Did you swap them around from what you have shown to get it to work? I just want to make note of that before anyone copies exactly what you posted pin for pin.

Good stuff. I have seen a lot worse! Funny enough that's my exact model of bench PSU. Great for this type of stuff. Its useful to see the current draw and get to know what normal is and good to be able to limit it to avoid damage if there is a wiring fault.

I love doing wiring, don't know why but I do.
I've had that power supply for about 4 years, hasn't missed a beat.
It's sits on 390mA and about 100mA key off.
Sounds normal?

yeah and you'll see it go higher during flash write operations probably around 550ma, no more than 800.

I also need to fit a wideband
I got a spartan wideband and want to swap it for the nb sensor on bank 1 and use its nb output to the pcm

From what I can see from the diagram and reading up on 4 wire o2 sensors there is 2 earth's, one signal and one 12v+ for the heater

So I'm guessing the PCM wiring is
Blue/black = filtered ground sensor circuit
Black/red = normal ground, heater
Violet = sensor signal
Pink = switched 12v+ heater element

So i should be able to unplug bank 1 o2 sensor and tap into the violet wire on pin 69
