PCMHammer is VPW protocol, that PCM is CAN, so you'll need CAN software that can speak the right GM protocols to change it.

I'm assuming you're in the states, which makes it hard. You will either need Techline, or more extreme software, like pcmflash, and module 77.

Just wanting to know if anyone has a XDF for an E55 its out of a Rodeo but they the same motor as the VZ..

Update for anyone who is monitoring, I'm actively focusing on 3811 OS, as it seems to have a closer relationship to the Saab OS, so may be quicker to adapt to tunerpro.
3811 is only used in 2007+ models, so factory cals only work on 2007+ cam phaser setups. I'm hoping to trial getting it to work with 2004-2006 phasers, and in turn be able to use one OS for all variants.
Then I can develop an "Enhanced" style OS, based on 3811, with patches for all variants. 6 speed auto testing coming soon also, as soon as I get my hands on a pre 2009 TCM, or can get assistance adapting canbus from 2012 tcm.

On 9470 OS, I have tested LE0 to LY7 conversion patches, and works perfectly on my test car, being a factory LE0, converted to LY7, with the 9470 LE0 calibration, I patched in the exhaust cam control, and wideband 02 sensors. Exhaust cams and stfts are working as factory.

Update to all xdfs coming soon. If you have purchased an xdf previously, pm me, as I haven't been monitoring who needs updated files properly, and need some details again.

Another update. Have added fan control parameters, among many other things, and have successfully enabled use of only 3811 or 0064 OS for options, as fuel gauge data is available, and that's all that's need in a lot of conversions. So effectively any engine setup prior to September 2006, can use 0064 OS. Anything after can use 3811. I have 2009 VE LY7 engines running in VZ vehicles with 3811 OS.

nice work. i get a few cars that are supplied incorrect engines and have been able to get most going but there's definitely a few out there that could have used this magic, esp fuel gauge cal stuff in the ute/crewmans.. watching

Currently working on making them work with Hp tuners user defined parameters, as I've had a few requests. May make them smaller chunks, and everyone can use what they need, as adding over 1000 addresses makes it messy

Fresh Update, now have a 6L45e running and shifting gears in my 2005 VZ, with no external controllers. Thanks to Tre-Cool for the CAN info for the TCM. Few more days to tidy it up, and get tap shift working, then I'll be swapping the ECM OS over to 3811 to finalise the OS that can be used in any Holden E55.
