Have a look at the guides in the FAQ area (the link is up near the top right) as a starting point, and the documentation in the1's enhanced thread (that link is also in the FAQ). Contact details to buy the PCM gear are in the first post. I dont think training is offered, but you can always ask. If your prepared to do some reading of the docs that exist as a starting point and create a thread with details of what you are doing and good questions you can usually find help here.
Have you read the FAQ? For lots of information and links to significant threads see here: http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396

Hey gangsters. I've been reading around the forum whilst on nightshift and getting out of work. Theres mention on another thread about how this NVRAM from you Gareth is only supposed to be on whilst tuning? And then once happy with the tune, sending it over to secondary DS1245Y-70IND+ NVRAM/ SRAM to run full time. Im trying to find some clarity/ learning wtf is going on, as i barely understand most of what is discussed on this forum. You're all geniuses as far as I'm concerned.

To quote antus from NVRAM Battery Life (viewtopic.php?t=7897&hilit=eeprom+11p)

"yep, if your not tuning it anymore you should transfer the tune to an eeprom in a socket on a memcal. it is convenient to leave the nvrams in the car but they're really a tuning tool and not designed to be permanent. Theres a few threads about how to do this around, or you should post a request and ask if someone can do it for you. Either way make sure you have a complete copy of the bin your pc as a backup (eg ose flash tool -> get bin for $11p and $12p)"
The grass might be greener on the other side, until you land in a patch of bindis.

Yes, that information is correct. EEPROM are less likely to get wiped or corrupted accidently.
