Thanks for the ideas guys.

Had some 90mm pipe out the back with a elbow already so just gotta cut it down, brother in law found these adaptors at his work $11 each there 90mm joiners with the screw clamps included, 5mm thick rubber nice and tuff they go from 83-94mm so very handy.

Nice work now you need a reducer!

You can get those rubber couplers from bunnings too!

Would be nice to hear how you go with calibrating it!

Not that I think you car needs that big a maf, but gives you room to play! LOL

yeh defiantly doesn't need it, but i had one i can play with if i wanted to so why not lol, ill do a before and after history table with cylair to see how it goes. Got a 69mm TB on there to. Will prob shove a POD on the end just to keep the pipe big all the way for testing i dont have a spare box i can cut a big inlet in.

I'll be following this one. I have the same MAF along with a Caspers electronics IAT adapter and will be fitting it sooner than later with a custom 80mm throttle body that retains the stock V6 IAC and TPS

ok well i fitted it up today, unfortunately can't use the internal temp sensor as they read different and as far as i know and can find there's no adjustment in the memcal for the IAT sensor and it's reverse voltage so no resistor mod either, you'd have to change the resistor inside.

for EG Readings i took at the time

STOCK
20 deg c @ 2.94Volts

LS2 MAF

31.3 Deg C @ 2.31Volts

As far as MAF tuning goes i didn't get alot of time to do a full tune yet, will get that done next week, but -30% on Yoda's MAF Spreadsheet using stock tables brought it back from way overrich to within BLM range, this is with stock ecotec with extractors/exhaust 69mm TB, CAI and the LS2 MAF

Nice work  Looking forward to some more results.

The calibration tables for IAT and CTS start at 6000 with IAT at 6000-6010. The calc is the normal temp calc of (X * 0.75) - 40, break points for the table would be 0 16 32 .. 255 and is the raw analog value of the sender.
