.Net 8, cross platform, and Windows 7/8
Re: .Net 8, cross platform, and Windows 7/8
GitHub artifact is a good idea, I'll give that a try tonight.
Please don't PM me with technical questions - start a thread instead, and send me a link to it. That way I can answer in public, and help other people who have the same question. Thanks!
Re: .Net 8, cross platform, and Windows 7/8
Good news: I got the github CI workflow updated for the Uno stuff. Two of the builds should work on Windows, and one of them might work on Linux.
Bad news: I can't run any of the binaries, even on Windows.
I've got some more troubleshooting ahead of me.

Re: .Net 8, cross platform, and Windows 7/8
It works, sorta...
* get the zip from here: https://github.com/PcmHammer/PcmHammer/ ... 3455773792
* right click, extract all...
* go into the Skia folder
* run PcmHacking.UnoUI.exe (I will change the name to PCMHammer.exe)
That runs on Windows, and it's the build flavor that I've been using for all of my own testing. It might also work on Linux, but I haven't tested that yet.
There's also a WindowsUnpackaged directory, and that version will start up but won't connect, and I have not investigated why not. I can't even get past the splash screen when I build in Visual Studio, so this build flavor is basically untested.
