P04 Flashing—STN-Based App in the Works

Been chasing down some quirks with P04 flashing and finally pinned the issue in my setup. PCM Hammer’s solid, but the timing and pacing weren’t lining up with my SX adapter and the way P04 handles unlocks and kernel loads. I’ve worked with Mopars professionally for years, so I know how calibration swaps and VIN juggling go—sometimes you just need a tool that gets out of the way and lets you finish the job.

So I’m building a dedicated app around the STN command set, tuned specifically for the SX and P04. It’s called -P04_FlashSX-. No licensing traps, no VIN locks—just clean unlocks, loader/kernel uploads, and verified writes. I’ve got it running stable at 4x VPW under controlled conditions, similar to Jet’s interface. CRC checks, readbacks, VIN changes—all in scope.

Still early, but it’s already doing things I couldn’t get reliably before. If anyone’s working with the same OS or adapter and hitting walls, happy to share notes or test bins. Respect to the devs who laid the groundwork—just trying to build something that fits my workflow and maybe helps a few others along the way.
Oh, and I've got about 6 P04's if anyone has a BDM they would like to get familiar with.

You may already know, that these PCMs accept single upload message, it needs to fit in SX buffer, or otherwise you need a loader that will get you a multiframe uploads, for larger code upload. You didn`t specify what pcm code will be used for flashing, will it be borrowed from pcmhammer, or it is some custom developed code.
