As well as IAT2 coolant pump control output

Did any E38 have that?
With the write tools, you can put whatever OS/firmware on your E38. Pinouts can change doing that.
I think E67s had plenty of that nonsense.
Of course, with enough effort in reverse engineering, the answer is always yes.
Depending what you want and how much work you're willing to put into it, there's a nice concise piece open source ECU code you can easy add that kind of functionality to. As long as you know what condition you want/need it to activate for.
