Re: NVRAM ISSUES
vats fail will cut injectors after 4 seconds. Pump will prime with ignition and keep running if it sees rpm. Check voltages at pump relay.

Re: NVRAM ISSUES
Maybe the ECU just crashed for some reason after the drama it had, so a power cycle may have reset it. Hard to know for sure what happen. I have had TP fail to connect after a stall or something like a failed start (didn't turn the key long enough) and TP refused to connect even when I tuned the ignition off and on and did the same with the PC, the only thing that reset it back to working was pulling the ECU plugs out for a full power down. TP connected right away. So I think it is possible for the ECU to be stuck in a glitched state when something goes wrong in a tuning scenario and only come good once the ECU loses all power, ignition is not enough since they have constant power via the plugs.

Re: NVRAM ISSUES
I’ve just had a look at my tunerpro and every value on every table is 0 I used the stacked bin off this site this shouldn’t be related to my fuel pump or cranking issue because it did that with my other memcal in as well but could that be due to my programming? And as for the fuel pump it won’t prime at all and I tried a different relay in that spot and same thing so I assume it’s just not getting any power at all

I’ve loaded another bin into tuner pro that has all the values in it and all seems well in that regard now just still no crank or fuel pump

Re: NVRAM ISSUES
crank is in hardware, it'll crank without the ECM, so check your power and wiring.
tunerpro shows you what is loaded in to your PC's RAM, not your ECM. So you need to have the same thing loaded to both as a starting point. So if your ECM is ready, load the bin, or click the down arrow to load the data from the ecm. then same it to a bin file, usually with the date and a version number so you know what it is. Then save it again when you've finished for the day. Do this each time so you have different versions and you can go back if you introduce new problems to the last known good and pick up there again.

Re: NVRAM ISSUES
The arrows on my tunerpro are actually grey and now looking into it do i need a comms board to actually write to my ecu? Down the bottom of tunerpro it says not emulating and hardware not found is that due to not having a comms board?

Go to the frequently asked questions page here and read the guides to get started. viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396
This is complicated stuff, and you'll need to have a base understanding of what is what, and what you are doing before we can help. We are giving our time for free, but you need to invest some of yours first. You should understand what you need for the car, the software, how to connect and so on. It's clear from your questions you have not read the documentation yet and those questions are easily answered in the guides and the first few links above.

Re: NVRAM ISSUES
Hey mate yeah i totally agree i thought i had it all figured out but ended up being far from it. I have had a good study and actually figured out how to properly connect to the nvram i now see why my questions sounded stupid, the bin file on my nvram is fine and all is good there all i need to figure out now is how to get my car to crank and prime the fuel pump then i should be all good to tune
