Ok so thought i would drop some new pictures of what’s been done. A bit of manual work with the grinder and files ( I am going to try and get the CAD files edited so there is less manual work with the crank sensor bracket).

Ok so its been a while to get to this stage (enigne running able to adjust param etc) I have been playing around for while but not getting far.

so i did a fresh start on the bin,xdf,etc... I have put them in a folder with logs from last startup.

injectors are 28lbs runnung at 3bar

I have set base timing at 10 deg, (when i could get the idle down and in diag mode)
I have new iac motor (old one seized) new NB o2sensor (heater not hooked up yet)
i adjust ve table to get afr to 14-15 to 1 at fast idle ( WB not setup in log yet)
I only have tunerpro for tacho ( accurate ?)

Engine is sucking hard through IAC . (Wide open) idle will come down if i block IAC hole but engine does not like going under 1000rpm. stalls rough etc.

engine will not start without feathering of the throttle .

I need someone that knows what there doing to look over what i have done. I feel i am one step forward 2 steps back lol.....

TIA.

So this might be my first problem .... Ebay fuel pressure regulator... When pump primes up with ign on it goes to 3bar by the gauge but rapidly drops of when the pump stops.

With engine running fuel pressure stays at 3bar.

Anyone watched there fuel pressure gauge on startup ? to rule out this issue ....

Mine stays pressurized for longer than that. Do you know if the fuel pump is supposed to have, and does it have a working check valve to stop backflow when the pump finishes priming? Is the regulator on the return line so holding pressure on the rail side?

I will look into that. It is a standard bosch pump .

Yes the requlator is on the return line.
