Does anyone use the Moates Quarterhorse on an Australian Ford Falcon for live tuning and data logging?
If not, how else can ignition timing and knock retard be logged?
TIA

Yeah it would be.
I’m more interested in the data logging capabilities so things like total ignition timing and knock retard could be seen.

I think someone has to define the addresses to monitor for live logging, or it might require some custom coding to extract the memory addresses for read/write live per strategy. I haven't personally dug into the QH features that deep myself, but anything possible via J3 on other computers should also be possible on the AU computers too (and the reverse of that).
