Interesting read, if true. Lots of stats. But i'd suggest you quote your sources so the numbers can be validated. Also, the article appears to refer to the reader as 'Jack', so IMHO the AI fingerprints as answers to your questions are still there.

Was something along the lines of some carbon credit scheme where companies exist in small apartment buildings, where they say they have projects planting acres of trees etc, doctored data etc. To then sell on the carbon credit market.
Very similar to the corruption with NDIS in oz and all the shit in the states going on with child care/health places.
