I adjusted the injector rate back to 0.14 and went for a run. See attached log with associated .bin.
Looks like lean cruise is turned on, I will check the .bin and turn it off if so.
Also I am not sure if my wideband is spot on or about 0.5:1 to low. I have installed a new wideband sensor just before the run and followed the innovate setup procedure. Made sure that the wideband outputs are set the same as the TP aquisition file.

Re: Cold Start Tuning Help
I think you may have to set the bin to your wideband settings
Looks ok.Just need to adjust ve s now.Iwould leave the inj rate at that setting.
And turn lean cruise off.

Re: Cold Start Tuning Help
Carried out some logs and adjustments to the ve table. I have some issues with the amount of fuel required to idle being significantly lower than surrounding cells, thus when at cold start and some of the surrounding cells are called into play I will get some major afr swings. All of this should be able to be smoothed out but it will contradict the logging data.
Another issue that is confusing me is the apparent discrepency between the wideband and narrow band O2 sensors. I have installed new narrow band and wideband sensors and also set up the wideband to 0-5v = 7.35-22.39 afr. I think that TP is set for 0-5v = 7.3-22.4 afr. This minor difference is not the error I am seeing. It looks like there is approximatley an 0.5:1 afr difference between the narrow and wideband sensors. Anyone have any comments on this?. This is playing a little havoc on ve table adjustments.
Also, should the blm update be disabled when logging?. If the blm is constantly adjusting then this will skew the wideband running averages. I maybe thinking about this to much or the supposed offset between the narrow band and wideband sensor are confucing me.
See attached logs and associated TP setup files.

Re: Cold Start Tuning Help
ok first thing i've noticed ... your running on map b, and the spark table for map b is all 20degrees, the map a one looks like its the right one ......
there is also a difference between the map a & b injector rates (.140 and .147)
map b also has a 3000rpm rev limiter .... not sure if you have set this on purpose or not.
oh hangon thats strange .... the item list in the log is showing map a but the dash screen is showing map b ..... well if your running map a then its not so bad
also get a no oxy sensor DTC set ..... that doesn't make sense ....
and no vss either.... something funny must be going on cause these DTCS are set when clearly in the log the vss and o2 are there!
so your narrowband is original unit or is it wideband simulated ?
might be worth making all the spark idle numbers the same as the 600 and 800 rpm main spark to help smooth out the idle ..... its a bit strange though that it hunts real bad then just stops after a bit.
at 1:55 into the log it just goes into closed loop fueling then goes back to open loop without any tps or vss change i don't understand how thats happening.

No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

Re: Cold Start Tuning Help
This is strange as I am adjusting everything for Map A.
The logs dashboard view indicates that it is running on Map A and the logs are surely not fixed at 20deg timing. Something strange is going on

Re: Cold Start Tuning Help
Are you using the right adx v111 holden 202 ,looks ok to me.Just speed sensor error.
Also it looks like the mat sensor is not srewed into the manifold ,is it in the air box.Its temp should rise with engine temp and be fairly close std. That could give yo the cold and hot a/f prob.If you leave it where it is you will prob have to change coolant contribution to charge temp table.Or inverse temp table.

Re: Cold Start Tuning Help
I have the MAT sensor mounted approximatley 30mm below the throttle body base on the torque power dual plane hi-rise manifold.
If I have the engine idling for a long period the MAT temp reading will read close to ECT temperature. I do have a good cold air intake setup for the holley throttle body.
See log for evidence of MAT working.

my bad, map a is working when you pause the log! initially i just scrolled through the monitors without playing the log!

Re: Cold Start Tuning Help
My new wideband reads about .5 AF different to the tuner pro too. (my fix was to hold the innovate at 14.7 and while watching the wideband in tunerpro, adjusted the scalers wideband settings till they both read the same at 14.7). Went from 22.4 in scaler to something like 22 or something
This is probably wrong way to do it but someone else might know.

Re: Cold Start Tuning Help
Should be ok then, just seems to take a while to warm up compared to std.
Not sure what the prob is then ,to be running ve of 40 and get 11:1 at idle in one log then running ve 20 and get 13:1 in the next doesnt add up.Are you sure you are hitting update when you are emulating .Have you verified whats on the nvram with what the bin should be.
