This is what I logged writing the bcm with tis2000 and tech 2. Only difference is one has Keyless and the other does not. The BCM info file was read using DPS and is for with keyless.
The bytes 6D 40 F0 36 00 04 00 00 29 F0 repeat at the begining of each segment. The next 2 bytes I believe are the checksum. The 00 04 00 repeats on all segments.
E6 92 1C is the segment id number of the rke segment. E7 D4 2F is the segment id number of the no rke segment.
Maybe someone can make sense of it all.

Do you want to try some new program for reading the bcm with mode 23. Than we can add some custom flashing if dumps are complete enough.
