In your video, that looked like a brand new/virgin ECU.
Was it? Can you also post the .bin?

Just checked the EEPROM dump. At least it's a 3.5 .bin
If anybody comes across a virgin ECU they can dump here, that'd be great.
Chargers don't have the manifold tuning valve, but also a completely different transmission.
Get enough dumps and maybe there will be some obvious patterns.
