does anyone know what this bin file is ?

i pulled it from a COME cam memcal and it has MS9EN written on the sticker on it

its out of a 418 ecu - 16206418 cannot see anything with 12p

i tried all the kalmaker xdf's that i have with no luck

Thats a bad read, there is no proper data in there. But COME have their own proprietry OS. Not sure the type of chip, possibly you hit copy protection on your read. If it has any extra chips looking weird on it, that is likely.

thanks Antus, when i put 12p into this car i can't get the engine light to post / flash on key on, its a strange one

i was able to get some tables looking kinda ok with the 11b_v106 xdf

some weird numbers here and there though

Yes that's a good read. But I removed the bin due to its copyright notice. You'll be able to move offsets in the XDF and sanity check the data and be able to get some things out of it. How much of it has moved and where the offset changes through the calibration are is something you'll need to work out.

Don't think it should flash the engine light out of the box, that sounds like diagnostic pin is grounded. Or did you ground it on purpose and its not flashing? It's a proprietry bin, I cant speak to what it can and can't do, or differences.

every 11p or 12p i have put in a car has made the engine light flash once once ignition is turned on, im guessing this one does not do that or the engine light is not connected

Is that the right service number? It does not exist on the known ones for any 11p or 12p computers, and this thread is the only hit on the internet.
