It means your chip programmer did see the same data as what it was told to write at that address. Make sure you are programming the nvram off the board not with a memcal header
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

depends which operating system too. some of them have ram at 2000 and there are changes. also check any car type jumpers including ecm pcm on the nvram board match the type of computer.
