thought id share what ive been up to lately with the e77 work. ive gotten extremly far with the e77 dissassembly, and even managed to do some custom mapping and custom code, and mapping things to cruise control, like a 2 step launch control activated by cruise, or ghost cams etc.
ive also found every bosch and GM checksum, which there are 69. 3 GM and 66 Bosch.
ive also got dissassemblys for all 5 E77 OS's for the VE commodore, aswell as xdf's with over 450 maps in each (still plenty more to come) and over 700 ram locations mapped out for each OS, like obd pids, $22 pids, and heapssss more (still more to come)
also ive managed to turn the custom code / maps into patches for tunerpro. currently the patches only work on the 8463 OS, as thats all ive tested them on, but should easily be able to make them up for each.
next goal is to find a way to add multiple "tunes" / maps to the cruise control button, and make it convienent as possible, so like "hold cruise for 3 seconds, then toggle through each tune, and the rpm gauge will move for each tune, so tune 1, tune 2 etc"
ill also see about adding other steering wheel button maps too, so if you press a certain button, itll enable pops and bangs on decel, or activate a hardcut limiter. the options are literally endless.
i plan to do the same for e69 soon too. e55 i may do some stuff, but Knackersjewels seems to have the e55 covered very well, and hes gonna be releasing very similar stuff soon anyway, so theres not much point.
but i just want to thank anyone whos helped me in this forum as i would still be playing around in winols if it wasnt for you's hahaha, so glad ive figured all this out

nice. i've done the similar for the e38. havent gone as far as changing maps, but i am using the cruise buttons for 2 step, rolling antilag & trans brake on the 6l80 & bunch of other things...

fuck yeah thats sick, i plan to maybe do similar stuff on the e39A, and later on when i get a ss, ill do the same on the e38.
its shame theres not too much else to button map too thats not gay to use. you can use the dash dimming button but once there at there max or min, the bcm dosent send a signal out. and the cruise toggle only works when cruise is on. same with steering wheel buttons none of them are on can high.
