vy v6 auto what cable to use

Post by jca »

Hi, just woundering what cables people are using with the flash tool to read/ tune a vy v6 pcm, i tryed to read it with my old efi live v1 cable and also a ob2 cable with usb plug i brought off ebay years ago to read opel vectra/ astras etc another option i have thought of is changing the brown plugs on the vy to the pink and blue plugs that r used on a vt so i can use a vt computer and tune the memcal has any done this is there any probs or could i just file down the locating lugs on the brown plugs so they fitt in to the vt computer. thanks
