Re: VN Commodore ECU update
Sorry guys, not had a chance to bench test it yet. From what adrian has said it should be fine to use just be good to test it on a bench first! Need to fire up the old 160 baud data logger

delcowizzid, ran your v6 bin. does not suit my engine at all. not very responsive down low and the harder it was driven the worse it got. any suggestions. also assume bin does not support a trip computer. my calais lost fuel consumption readout.

Re: VN Commodore ECU update
new bin uses xdf $A5, other was $FB. comparing new bin with ASBY appears little change in VE table and even less in ADV table. have I missed something. are these changes typical of the variation between good tune & great tune.

Re: VN Commodore ECU update
the first bin was actually a vp tune.the second one is a modded asby with a little more poke the vp one should of gone ok its running on many series 1.5 and 2 VN's that tune so it must of been corrupted or something cause it would normally run well enough even if it was out a bit that new one should make it go better than the stock asby for sure.

Re: VN Commodore ECU update
I thought I'd wait for VL400 to give it a run on his bench but I'm fairly sure he's got plenty of other things on his plate.mag wrote:look forward to it. any news about Adrian's 2 bar bin.
I've attached a zip with a bin based on an ARBP and an XDF that should work with it.
There's no guarantees but in the test I did some time back it appeared OK.
I'm also not sure that the MAP breakpoints on the XDF are correctly labeled.
Someone give it a go and if it works I'll do some investigation as to exactly what the MAP values are
