hi me and mate have put a vr 5lt into a datsun stanza we have the engine wirring harness and computer we have found a diagram but it doesnt mention anything about 4L60E trans can anybody help with how to wire it up and are will gonna need the bcm because we dont have.can we bypass it some how

hi cheers for that, wiring looks a bit confussing can it b simplified a bit for dummies
would you b able to give me some info on how to disable VATS in memcal
that thing seems great is there one for vr do you know

There is lots of info on VATS on this forum. But basically your going to need to reprogram your memcal with a modified bin that has the VATS disable flag set, the getting started guide has info on what equipment and software you will require. There are people on here that can also make you a chip that has VATS disabled if you dont want to reprogram your own (can PM me if you want one done or there are prob people close to you too).

The BCM simulator is for VR to VY, on a VR it only disables VATS as all other functions are done by the PCM.
