looked at my sheets (workshop manual) of info and the tps closed should be below 1v which mine is around .6v
but at 20% throttle its showing 2.8 2.9v
my workshop manual says at full throttle it should be above 4v but im getting close to 4v on only 20% throttle

wiring is 100% factory besides extended tps and iac wires.

The TPS % follows the RPM due to the default (calculated) TPS with a code 19.

EDIT: but looking at the latest log I see what Jayme means now, def something weird with the MAP and TPS volts

vl400 anything i should be looking at?
Could my modded computer (USB Communications Board added) itself be stuffed up causing the problems ??

Do what Jayme suggested, engine off, start logging and press the throttle a few times. And even try sucking on the MAP hose to get some vacuum. You have a few issues and the sensors are somewhat related. If you have a CEL try removing the comms board, reseting the ECU and see if it comes back when driving. Will rule out that being the cause - although it is unlikely as it uses the USB power and not the ECU.

I get no check engine light besides my ostrich which plays up here and there but i just copy my tune across again and its as good as gold.

Should i take another log with just the ignition on and me pressing the throttle slowly going from normal to say wide open throttle 5 or so times ?

Changed the iac today (2nd hand one i found on a throttle body in my garage :) ) drove the car a little was already warmed up as i tried to adjust the idle disconect the engine fuse for 10sec a few times dosnt look like it made much diffrence.
Squashing the feed going from the iac to the manifold side of the throttle body drops revs by about 250rpm so there is a lot of air passing threw the iac. Tho i tried a few times to squash the iac hose going to the manifold side lifting the revs up by the throttle body screw, hoping that the iac would close but it didnt move at all stayed around 80 90 steps. Even after turning the car off reving it past 2000rpm letting it settle made no difrence iac wouldnt close more than about 80 90 steps.
Tho i think my ostrich is playing up as i keep loosing the program on it overnight or sometimes when i pull the engine fuse. Hope its not whats causing the tps problems , but i couldnt imagine it to be.

On another note i didnt drive the car for long but it looks like the iac fault is gone whoooo
just the tps one to go. They dont throw no engine light just in the tuner pro table i can see it fault
