Re: DELCOS NEW RIDE
yeah looks like it will fit nicely, and the engine mounts are pretty straight forward looking.
that removable radiator support is handy!

No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

Re: DELCOS NEW RIDE
yeah i have 2 TTT aftermarket mounts im going to use mounting the engine is a peice of cake really dont even need to make a sump LOL but it will need a bellhousing clearance chop and gearbox tunnel widening job
and well something maybe more substantial welded into the floor to take a gearbox crossmember the stock attachment points look like they would last 2 minutes LOL
i love the removable front i used to lift in 4k's by hand when i had my last corolla

Re: DELCOS NEW RIDE
Thats going to be a wicked ride Mike! I have a vn engine ready to go in my ke35 with a big holset turbo . Looking forward to seeing how you do it. It might be worth while make two of each as the spece is similar. My engines 300ml further back under the dash though. All the parts are here just need to make room in the shed. ....that means finish the 8 year 260z project.
Hey , I am in wellington on the 17th of sept. Got another wine tasting to do. Wouldnt mind catching up. Would be after 5 before i head back home.
Cheers,
Doug

Re: DELCOS NEW RIDE
un spot welded the old mounts today and sat the motor and a 4l60e case in the hole
heaps of room in there now . the motor has to go down yet its sitting on a 6x2 block untill i dig out a sump and will go back maybe a little more once i trim the firewall a little more didnt want to cut it too big from the start LOL
