nah think its all out the way.got given an alloy race seat today to go with my belts :mrgreen: also found a sump so i can now sit the engine in its final position and build the mounts
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

built most of the exhaust for the 454 into WB ute today passenger side is done all the way out behind the rear tyre just need 600mm of 3" pipe to finish the drivers side outlet

nice work with the exhausts, they look like they wont be a restriction!

i quite enjoy making exhausts, when you can easily get to the spot that is!

so many burns LOL sucks to have to use mandrel bends and lots of welds but its the easiest way at home .not many restrictions here twin 3" with flowmaster copies .you look inside them and they only have 2.5" holes in the baffles for the main route through the muffler but man they sound awesome even on a v6 buick LOL.once shes running ill get the crayon out and find out where the sound waves are crashing back on each other in each pipe and add a balance pipe i think

firewall hole getting bigger and engine keeps going back more LOL seems i need to build a sump with rear buldge and external oil pickup piping now

Wow you don't muck around, much further back and you won't need a driveshaft, keeping the front wheels on the deck might become a problem too. :lol:
Build it, Race it, Break/Bend it ; Repeat.

that seat looks like an ex speedway seat going off the dirt in it and the side brace :P

keep in mind too, if you want to run that flywheel cover which bolts to the rear of the motor it will change things a bit!

i think i need to run the oil pickup piping outside the sump for decient clearance .and yes it was out of an old escort saloon car going to get the wing cut off it sits in my armpit/ribs LOL
