those numbers are WAY low, they look like the same sort of numbers i'm running in the 202 with methanol and 80lb injectors.

i assume you are running some sort of stock v6 injectors or the vk efi injectors ... if so i'd be getting the numbers from a stock $12P bin file and put them in there they will be far more suitable for what you need.

if its too rich you can even decrease it by the difference from 3.8 -> 3.3 ltrs ..... in that case it would be stock numbers multiplied by 86%

Thanks mate. While looking through these tables, I think I may have used one of your 202 tunes with another spark table, as it is close to my engine spec but less compression, in the "map B" sections it has methanol Stoich ratio. I changed the tables to the 12P figures first thing this morning & it starts first hit. I'm using std VP V6 injectors.

yeah that setting is probably the worst part of my 202 tune due to me having 80lb injectors, i think it should work pretty well other than that, but yeah steer clear of the methanol map b ..... it'll flood on petrol!

I've had the car out on the road for a decent drive last Friday, tuning as I went. It drives quite well
I just need to sought out why the "coolant temp" reads up around 100° , when tested with an infrared temp gun it reads mid 80s, the temp sender appeared to ok in the test engines that I played with a few months ago.
Here's some pics, still a few things to tidy up & attach the ecu to the kick panel.

check all the earth connections for the computer and block to chassis etc, i had a similar issue with my first 202 delco install it was reading high all the time compared to my temp gauge in the car and i know it wasn't over heating cause it would say 110 degrees and the in car one said 90 and the radiator cap was off and it wasn't boiling over.

I checked the earth connections, added another wire from the battery to where the earth wires are connected to the block, no change. Moved the sender from behind #2 inlet port to below the thermostat & temp reads OK.
Only problem I have now is that the stupid Chinese burner that I have doesn't want to burn chips correctly, so I have to use the NVram, which is a pain when you want to use the NVram in another car.

I took the car to work yesterday, with the temp sender in the thermo housing, 81° was as high as the temp got to. Just need to move the temp sender for the dash gauge now.

not sure if your head has it or not but mine has a hole for a sender in the head just behind the thermostat housing and before # 1 plug ....
