I don't know if this problem is only since the 80lb injectors were installed, maybe.
The other thing it that the pulsewidth at idle is 0.5 or so ms, Siemens specs say should have a minimum of 0.59ms for a repeatable pulse.

I mucked about with the double fire/single fire yesterday and when i was on double fire it was giving over 1ms more like 1.5 or something, can't remember exactly and on single fire it was idling at 0.5- 0.6 depending on engine temp... have i got it wrong on the double and single, I would have thought it to be the other way around eg, single with the longer pulse width. maybe the injectors are just too finicky at the small pulsewidth when hot, combined with less volts etc.

It could easily be power issues from a bad ground connection or similar. There have been people on here with strange issues who have removed and cleaned ground connections and so fourth across the engine bay which has fixed things. Can you get another regulator from the wreckers or borrow one off a working car and swap it in and see if it helps?

set "Run A/F Param - Minimum BPW for sync double fire fuel delivery (Upper Value)" to 4ms, and "Run A/F Param - Minimum BPW for sync double fire fuel delivery (Min Value)" to 3ms.

If you already have that set try setting your idle a bit higher and see if it idles better with a slightly longer pulse width.

No, I live out on a farm and don't have any car nut friends, (misserable loner, lol) There's no wreckers in town. I won the fuel tester... good price too, $49 bucks with $20 postage so I'll have to wait for it. and depending on the findings, I might go an aftermarket regulator and move it off the fuel rail.

I'm idling at 850 rpm, and can't go much more with the standard stally or she is trying to drive away too much.

It idles nice on either single or double fire, I just don't get why the single fire gives 0.5-0.6ms and the double fire gives 1.5 or so... if it idles nice on 1 shot per rev of the 0.5 shouldn't it be giving 2 shots of say, 0.25ms on double fire per rev to keep the same afr?? I don't understand it.

Im not looking at your logs, but it sounds backwards to me. The longer pulsewidth should be on single fire.

Thats what i thought, when it's idling on double fire the tunerpro dash say it's giving 1.5 or so pulse and on single fire it says it's 0.5 I might just put it back on the double and it runs fine on that.

If I get a log of just before hot shutdown, for say 1 minute idling, and another 10 minutes later on hot restart so people could see it, I'll go get it and someone might look at for me.

Well, it sounds like its a hardware issue, but it might show something. Post the bin up too.

I will also wait now untill it get really cold and do another one to show the big difference in things when cold. (shoulda done it now but forgot)

heres the before shutdown:
before shutdownhot.xdl
Here's the hot restart :
leanrestart24sep.xdl
heres the bin using ose12pv111, petrol adx, v8blcf 123bar:
