anyone got a working vx/vy v6 auto ecu lying round they dont need im looking for one to start tweaking my vx2 im sick of the sloppy shifts first revision is ready to write but ide rather not brick the dailys ecu by accident

Got a hot air gun and fine tip solder? Then put a socket on it.

Honestly Delco,

You can safely use flash tool 136 no worries! I've flashed probably 100 in car & 200 on bench in various testing!

I love the socketing idea with an adaptor for trapdoor the The1!

if i kill it i cant get too work which is like 30-40km away its too big a risk really LOL as for socketing nah not keen it would just piss me off trying LOL

You can pick them up from wreckers for $30 to $40 near me!

I got 5 for $200 a while ago and got them to throw in 30cm section of loom near PCM end to make bench harness, saves bcm interference!

bcm is no issue here can log and drive and choose power mode and turn on and off trac control and even use cruise control its great

Every time?

Sometimes I have to connect/disconnect 10 times as it gets errors on connection but yeah apart from that & obviously ABS errors when on dyno oh yeah & gauges aren't correct when logging temp gauge in particular until you diss connect!

If you don't have these errors what adx are you using?

VX Engine and trans TP5 V103 start car before connecting and i have disable chatter monitor engine data only and enable chatter for dissconnect command .if i log engine and trans data i must get too many bytes as the dash goes crocked on tunerpro from the extra bytes havnt been bothered fixing it yet LOL

adx is fixed just have to suck it out the laptop then ill post it up fixed now logs engine and trans faultlessly even shows when in power mode and cruise control active
