hi all, have a problem im hoping you can help me with. i have a `65 XP falcon with a falcon 6cyl turbo crossflow in it. i have used delco 808 ecu ,a camira harness, camira coil & ignition module adapted to my crossflow magnetic reluctor dizzy.
when wired in standard form we have injector pulse and spark, all good. but when i wire up the MSD 6al we get niether pulse or spark.
we have the MSD 6al wired up as per the msd manual usung the white wire to trigger it (violet and green not used)
wiring as follows
12 volt switched red msd
constant power to MSD + red wire, constant earth - black wire
orange MSD wire to heavy gauge + on coil ,grey gm conector
black MSD wire to heavy gauge - on coil ,grey gm conector
white msd trigger
as per msd instruction test for spark we momentry earth the white msd trigger wire and it produces a great healthy spark from the camira coil
the camira coil has 2 ,2 pin conectors on it and the lighter gauge wires in the black gm conector go to the camira ignition modual as per factory harness
white wire trigger from msd is spliced into white wire from camira ignition module ,this white GM wire is in the 4 pin connector on the camira ignition modual and goes to pin B5 (distributer referance input)
when you spin distributer we get no spark or inj pulse?
help on this subject would greatly be apreciated
Rod from Raw Automotive and Performance Dalby has been helping me on this subject and has spokin to Hooter about this and we tried some other wires as a trigger from that 4 pin conector on camira modual but still no good.

There's other on here that have more experience with these, but I did manage to find this.
Extracted from http://www.msdignition.com/instructions ... terms=6430
(Think the white wires mentioned will possibly be brown if using a camira harness.)
or refer this thread https://pcmhacking.net/forums/view ... =32&t=1368
It sounds a little different to what you have wired up, but you may want to confirm.
Good Luck and will be interested to see how you go.
