I recently filled up with E10 premium on a long drive and the wide band AFR gauge was indicating significantly leaner than usual. I am still using the factory lean cruise map and the gauge indicates between 16:1 to 17:1 on normal premium unleaded when in lean cruise. But after fuelling up with the E10, the gauge was indicating about 17.5:1 to 18:1 at 100 km/hr. A new tank full of normal premium and AFRs are back to where it normally runs.
Is this something common that others have noticed or is this just a coincidence and there is something else going on?
Thanks

Re: E10 Blended fuels and AFRs
takes alot more fuel with ethanol than normal, as lean cruise is just command afr delta it will be leaner.
