Re: Vt v6 van dual fuel
Ok I get it now, I didn't even think of the ecu switching the ground, I was thinking it permanent. VS gas system/ecu is quite a lot dumber than VT! This is what I have mostly worked with.

Re: Vt v6 van dual fuel
Probably should have made it clearer on the diagram, but when I did it I was only doing it for me and I knew what it all meant. If you think VT is smart, should look at VX/VY, they are a quantum leap forward again controlling the FCV by the ECU directly and not via a separate LPG computer.

Re: Vt v6 van dual fuel
shouldn't be too much you'd need to do other than modify the thermo fan settings so it comes on earlier maybe ...
No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

Re: Vt v6 van dual fuel
I changed the lean cruise and a few other temp dependent things like spark map ect. Iv been playing around tonight just trying to tune off the millivots of the o2 sensors and went pretty well i just cant get the cruise setting right as the gas computer seams to be playing funny buggers with the o2 readings. I also worked out that my gas computer wasnt hooked up properly after i did the motor swap, no 02 input or tps so i should see some gas savings hopefully.
So how do i go about flashing this lpg spark map in? Iv fixed all the connection problems by cutting the data wire off my bcm simulator

Re: Vt v6 van dual fuel
was searching through the threads on here when i came accross a thread on a quad driver fault in the ecu that contolls the tcc. i noticed last night i have a quad driver 2 fault. my last trans lockup didnt work and iv just put in a new trans and still no lockup... maby the old stall was fine as im pretty sure this driver fauld could be my problem! next issue... my ecu is programed for my bcm simulator if i burn a new chip with the vats disconnected do i looses the features of the bcm?

it means the .adx and or .xdf you are using aren't set up quite right.
try adjusting your settings so they are like this (see image) and it should work.
