can any one help out as to why i cant get it working .
any and all help would be great .

Its not seeing any data from the car. Do you have a BCM? Its looking for the heart beat from it. I guess you do though, so check your cabeling, check your interface is working correctly (eg on another car if you can), check you have got the right com ports set up etc.
