ok ive found the lines i need to change, what i am stuck on is how do you work out the hex increase of 45%

Google wasn't even being helpful :(

that formula above i tried but it didn't calculate out to $05AC ether, tho being the first time doing anything in hex mite be half my problem...

0x03EA = 1002 (decimal)
1002 * 1.45 = 1452.9
1452 = 0x05AC
or if we round up
1453 = 0x05AD

Use the windows calculator, and change view to scientific or programmer depending on which version of windows you are using.
Set to hex, input value change to dec, times by 1.45 then change back to hex.

ok it all works great!! except i realized that ive got 36lb injectors in it not 32..... dont know what i was thinking haha

gonna make the tweaks and should be running accurate then!
