VS V8 SERIES 3 CHECKSUM

VS V8 SERIES 3 CHECKSUM

Just looking in tuner pro
and want to confirm checksum for vs series 3 v8 auto
using vs series 3 A6 v1.02 xdf it looks to be decimal point
if i type in AA it just goes to 00000's but type 127.00 it looks ok.
just want to confirm,thanks.

Ok after changing to 127.00 and also trying AA it comes up the same
when i burn and check in tuner pro as 29741.00
is this correct? im used to the vn-vs stuff type in AA and its done this im just not sure.

Also, AA is 170 decimal.

Ok i changed it and put in 170 seems ok and checked it in raw hex and its 00AA.

Are you changing the checksum or device ID? Device ID is what your wanting to change from A5 to AA and should be a single byte.

Ah got it,yeah i was trying to change checksum oops.
