i'd also change the injector rate to .040 then .... the figure i get for 60lb injectors and methanol in a v6 is .039 so your probably on the slightly lean side with that too. i dare say change the injector rate and set the idle afr's and use a stock v6 VE table and it should be pretty close.
4.5 is probably a bit rich for the stock idle afr settings, should be low to mid 5's .... either way you have a direction to go in now anyways.

only get a small window to get it right too!! .... i've found though if you leave all the AFR tables where they are for petrol and just offset them for methanol then get the engine warmed up once it is tune the VE table to get the wideband matching commanded and it should be right when its cold then, and if its not then you can tweak the cold afr tables if needed.
