It sounds like your barking up the right tree with the hardware, but have a read of the guides at the top of the faq to get started here: https://pcmhacking.net/forums/view ... f=7&t=1396

T04E sounds a bit small, we have 2x VF28's on a VP motor and even they are on the small side for a v6, you nearly need 2 of those T04E's

That sounds like the same size turbo my bro has on his VN V6. Goes hard and instant boost.

yes you are correct, will need at a minimum a usb interface or serial interface to be soldered into the ecm to allow data logging, then nvram is required to tune realtime. All items can be found in the for sale section.

Here are some links for you...
NVRAM - https://pcmhacking.net/forums/view ... f=14&t=167 . Requires soldering one wire in otherwise ready to go and pre programmed with 12P.
Comms - USB (https://pcmhacking.net/forums/view ... f=14&t=164) or RS232 (https://pcmhacking.net/forums/view ... f=14&t=165) Both offer the same performance just depends on your laptop connections. 5 wires to solder in wih both and some case drilling (instructions provided)

Add TunerPro RT V5 with the plugin (https://pcmhacking.net/forums/view ... ?f=3&t=590) and your good to go
