VT Diag Enable V6

Post by Spin »

Hi,
Just a quick question.
The Diag enable wire white/black circuit 451, where does it come through the fire wall.
On connector number ye111 there is a solid green wire on the engine loom side but not pinned on the body side.
The diag enable is located down stream about 400mm from YE10, 11, 12

Rimds me. I gotta get an OBD connector. :D

I dont know if the diag enable wire does go to the engine bay, it may only be from the PCM to the diag connector via one of the under dash connectors like earlier models? I dont have the diagram your using though that shows the full connector pinouts and where the wiring goes though so could be totally wrong!

The1,
As we know, A particular diagram may show a conductor in about 10 mil on a peice of paper. :study:
when in fact it goes about 2 metres to it's final destination. LOL
The wiring diagram is from here.
Plus a few more as well. They seem to differ.
It is all good. I beeped it out then split the loom open then pinned it through an unused pin on the
engine control plugs.
