hey guys ive just ran the turbo v6 vp tune on here seems to work but theres a few issues... revs high on start up/gets hot quicker/misses a bit/no smooth rev. has anyone one used this tune? was thinking something to do with injector size tunes 4 38pound ones im running 36 pound ones? and the miss could it be needing spark plugs gapped down? or all this needs to be adjusted in the tune?
cheers with any help

Re: vp turbo tune question
any tune thats not specifically made for your setup is never going to be perfect.
for a start it would probably help to have the right injector settings in it, but the rest could be anything ..... you really need to use it as a starting point and tune it to suit your engines requirements.

No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

Re: vp turbo tune question
Yes, i've tried it out. Also used with 36lb injectors and adjusted the tune to suit this. Started and ran but was a bit rough and didn't rev very smooth. I think it was for a series 1 engine, they had different cam profile. Best to use this as a starting point and adjust for your own setup.
