Re: The Val
Had a test and tune day and decided to make the most of the logger and run a wideband in each bank. If only it was running a VR PCM or later seq PCM to sort the imbalance out! At the worst point there is an easy 0.5 to 1 AFR difference. We did swap widebands and the lean side was always the drivers side.

Re: The Val
chevs are like that apparently too, thats why my mate always puts the wideband in the drivers side header so atleast hes got it rich enough on the lean side.
No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

Re: The Val
Yeah I think swapping the drivers side injectors to the passenger side might be the first test. If its still lean on the same bank will just tune from that.

Re: The Val
the rail will hold back the drivers side injectors maybe twin fuel regs and entrys are in order .
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

Re: The Val
Its a dual entry system with a dual entry and single return reg, reckon it would it benefit from dual regs? Would solve the issue of balancing banks by running slightly different pressures on each.
Re: The Val
I was going to suggest flow testing your injectors and put the higher flowing ones on the driver's side - but a second reg is probably less hassle and would let you tweak the balance.
But knowing you, next step from there would be a pair of IAC steppers on the reg screws and having the ECU manage the balance between the banks

Re: The Val
ha, that would be pretty neat
Was checking the logs last night and the injectors are getting pretty close to flatout again. Fuel pressure is 50psi base at the moment, inj DC is now 87% at operating temp.
