hi guys,

unzipping is a general windows thing, loading adx files is straight forward. with all respect, please use google to answer basic windows questions, and save this forum for efi questions. if this continues i'll have to lock the thread. We can help, but at this level it will be most beneficial for you to learn to help yourself first.
Have you read the FAQ? For lots of information and links to significant threads see here: http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396

if you have opened the adx correctly it will tell you in the title bar of tuner pro. as per below, you can see the info for bin/cal file, xdf, adx, and log.

the blue arrows below the help menu is what you need to press to connect and log.
