it uploaded and said complete and ok?
Got it talking to scanner pro dont know how but some reason the adx when loaded from the usb drive gets data at insaine rates saved it as new file to documents reloaded and it works now except that blm reads a constant 128
also tried the above a second time and was still a twitchy one the second file so dont know why the first suddenly decided to work but does .
any idea on the contant 128 blm reading?

yeah had a look at the log was about 10c shy of that
sort out the twitching in scannerpro as long as i start the car before i connect it it works fine, if doing with the key in the on position it seemed to come down to luck.
also even though the flash tool said everything was good i didnt see any calibration change.(i am a noob to all this stuff P :wall: .)

The flashtool only works with the hardware on this site, it said it worked because the ECU still 'pretends' to write the data. It was something i meant to change ages ago, might be a good time now actually

It ok vl400 told me to open the cal file with tunerpro(didnt know i could do that) but yeah looks like if i load the bin and xdf and open the cal as a compare pair bin and go through the tables i can copy each table from the cal file to the bin file

Cam overlap causing o2 sensor to read lean at idle so its dumping more fuel in(white smoke and strong fuel smell) and also causing surging of rpm, goes from near stall to a spike in rpm. . Any ideas on how to sort this out?

There are a few ways to force open loop idle. Can 1) change the idle AFR delay to close to 0 seconds 2) change the low RPM/MAP areas of the target AFR table to something other than 14.7:1

The other thing to change is the proportianal gain term for closed loop at idle, this will slow the rich/lean swings which is what starts the surging.
